ORDERS WITH A LOBSTER FRA DIAVOLO WILL NOT RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING. This is due to the perishability of shipping live seafood, requiring orders with a Lobster Fra Daivolo to be sent Next Day Air. Please reach out if this is an issue and we will do our best to amend the issue.

When will my order be delivered? We deliver orders on a weekly basis. Order cut off is Tuesday for same week delivery. Orders can arrive in as early as 2 days depending upon your order date.

What if I'm not home for my delivery? Your package will be safely left at your front door in an insulated box. Once you arrive home, we suggest that you unpack your items as soon as possible.

How should I expect my order to arrive? Products are shipped cold or frozen, depending on the item purchased, and insulated with ice packs so the food stays the proper temperature even if you are not home to receive the package.

Is there a Home Delivery order minimum? No, we currently do not have an order minimum for purchase.

Where does The Daily Catch deliver? We deliver across the entire USA, with the exception of Hawaii.

Who will deliver my order? Orders will be shipped via UPS

When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged at the time that your order is packed for delivery. You may notice a slightly lower or higher final order total depending on the number of boxes, weight, and size of order.

Upon dropping off you package with the shipping provider; we are no longer responsible for the safety and quality of the perishable foods within you package.
Due to COVID-19 shipping providers are no longer offering guaranteed service levels. If product is delayed and arrives spoiled, we will refund all cost of the product excluding shipping cost.
